Cover: Cartoon of Seattle building interiors, by Zac Reisner. Page 6 article discusses the Nisqually River fish-in and the trial of Seattle Black Panther Party members. Page 7 article discusses blowback to Walt Crowley's campaign for Washington State House of Representatives.

This is actually page 21 of the paper, because pages 12-13 are a center spread. The entire page is a cartoon called "The Director of Traffic" by M. Torson.
