While the uploader only provided a deep link to the JPEG without context, this seems to be grabbed from http://www.sci-news.com/archaeology/science-senebkay-pharaoh-ancient-egypt-01698.html, and I see no mention of the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license, any other free license or any other Creative Commons license there. In fact, the site has an unambiguous "All Rights Reserved" copyright notice. That said, {{PD-Art}} might apply, but I'm not sure. In any case, the uploader's licensing claims are obviously untrue and need to be corrected if this is to be kept. —LX (talk, contribs) 18:42, 3 February 2014 (UTC)
