 Keep Cambié la licencia a {{PD-VenezuelaGov}} porque ese logo fue creado (generalizado) por el sector público según el último párrafo de la licencia en Venezuela (Artículo 325 LOTTT) dice:"La producción intelectual generada bajo relación de trabajo en el sector público, o financiada a través de fondos públicos que origine derechos de propiedad intelectual, se considerará del dominio público, manteniéndose los derechos al reconocimiento público del autor o autora."Además no se puede remover si ese logo fue creado por el sector público (en este caso por ejemplo Gobernación, Alcaldía, etc.) La única excepción por la que los Logos no se puede subir a Wikimedia es que si un sector privado creará esto, entonces el copyright es de el.  Question @Taivo which policy states that files in the public domain must be deleted if they are unsourced? I recognize that allowing unsourced files here would allow hoaxes to pass, but is there something concrete in that regard? RodRabelo7 (talk) 07:02, 29 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
