reveals identity of subject without evidenced permission of subject Kikodawgzzz (talk) 00:17, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Comment What is the problem? Person seems to be clearly posing for the photograph. This image has been on Commons for more than 4 years and is widely used in multiple Wikipedias. Is the identity of people who are pregnant supposed to be kept secret by law in some places? Puzzled, -- Infrogmation (talk) 04:04, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep It's pretty clear that her husband took the photo and put it online with her permission. Right now on the Flickr page there's Pregnancy ~250 weeks.jpg. I don't see what the problem is.--Prosfilaes (talk) 21:28, 25 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment Give it up! keep the photo! if any problem she will complain ..... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.169.137.166 (talk • contribs)
  •  Keep The import from flickr in 2006 has been proved. If the woman had no problem to pose and let the photograph upload the photo on flickr under free licence, then there is no problem.--Gloecknerd (talk) 18:01, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep I am the person who took this photo. There's no problem with permission from the subject (she's my wife and is fine with the photo being used on Wikipedia). We have no idea why this actual photo was deleted from Flickr. Neither she nor I can remember deleting it. A few similar photo's have been set to a more restricted audience since they were first published, but this one was deleted one way or another. I could upload the photo again, but I'd have to go search through some HDs to find it again. *shrugs* If it's really necessary, I might do that. --Inferis (talk) 19:23, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The issue is we are unable to verify that the copyright that this image is under is usable on Wikimedia Commons. Will renominate. --James Heilman, MD (talk) 17:47, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ah just read the last comment... Looks like all is probably good. --James Heilman, MD (talk) 17:59, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
