Emblems of Connacht

Arms of Connacht from 1651, in which the arm is wearing a clothed sleeve instead of armour, which I think should be reflected in the modern versions displayed on Wikipedia (and all other versions of the Connacht emblem outside of WP display a clothed version as well), hence the reason for this request.
The versions of the eagle and sword-arm on the Connacht emblem in the bottom-right corner of this particular flag should be used for the rest of these files.

Alright, I know this may seem like a tall order, but could someone please modify as many as possible of the above files containing the Connacht emblem (except the first two of course) so that the design of both the eagle and the sword-arm match those on the version of the Connacht arms in the second provided file. I'd like to take a crack at this, but I'll be redrawing the clothed arm rather than using the one you provided. The angle of the sword and arm does not resemble that in the original CoA (whereas the armored one does), the sword is held incorrectly, and it looks rather ugly. I uploaded a version of the clothed arm here: File:CoA element - Clothed arm with sword.svg (I also uploaded a version of the armored arm here: File:CoA element - Armored arm with sword.svg so people can easily use it, but it also makes for easy side-by-side comparisons). @Bairagi Ram: The Burmese peacock does not require vectorization or modification, perhaps small corrections to the head. The current drawing accurately reflects the historical appearance [1], [2]. Request: Are there people with AI tools skills here? If so, could somebody please replace the spray nozzle on the left with a realistic one? For somebody with good AI tools skills that may be a matter of seconds to few minutes, for example there are AI tools to easily remove parts of an image and afaik also tools to re-generate / inpaint selected parts of an image based on a prompt (such as "highly realistic spray nozzle"). Flag of Munster. Since the three crowns on the RCYC ensign are meant to be derived from the Munster emblem, then it seems prudent to use the same three crowns from this flag as templates in the modification of the ensign.

Request: Can somebody please modify the above file representing the ensign of the Royal Cork Yacht Club, so that it looks more like the actual club ensign, shown here? The differences include:

1) A slight repositioning of the harp.

2) Removing the Saint Edward's Crown above the harp.

3) Placing the three crowns of Munster beneath the harp.

4) The inclusion of the year "1720" beneath the harp-and-crowns.

Request to vectorize the hypothetical blue ensign of prince edward island.

This is the original PNG file, not vectorized.
It is proposed that the Hong Kong coat of arms in the white disc be replaced with the badge of Prince Edward Island, based on this pre-1997 Hong Kong Blue Ensign.
The pattern for the Prince Edward Island badge was taken from this former Governor's flag and placed on the white disc to the right of the pre-1997 Hong Kong Blue Ensign.

Why are we calling it CC-BY-SA? I think it is either a {{PD-textlogo}} or {{No permission since}}
Logo you linked slightly differs from PNG in both colors and relative sizes. I pasted the prior SVG and forced the colors to be black and white, but left sizes unchanged; let me know if you want me to vectorize it directly or change.

@Gabuxae: The PNG should not be CC-BY-SA. The only way we could host the 2020 logo on Commons is if that logo is {{PD-textlogo}} (which it appears to be). Somebody else should not be able to claim a copyright on the design if ABC cannot. If someone could, then ABC would have a copyright. Glrx (talk) 19:23, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
